*** CURRENTLY SCHEDULING ONLINE AND PHONE SESSIONS IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT COVID-19 CRISIS*** Please contact me if you are in need of short term, flexible, solution-focused therapy support as we make our way through this crisis.

Do you wonder if counseling might be

helpful for you or someone you know?

Experiencing difficulty with

communication, your relationship, emotions, sadness, stress, or fear?

Sometimes we may just feel stuck and don't know what to do about it.

We will all face difficulty at some point,
and reaching out for guidance is the first step toward managing what it is we want to see change.

Have you ever felt lost at sea?

If so, this is a good time to

talk about coming to counseling.

I became a family therapist to help

people work through

difficult situations.

I work with children, teens and adults

around communication, anxiety, depression,

and relationship issues.

I also help people to

refine their skills over time in order to better cope

with life's ups and downs.

I help parents by

working together to develop new ways

to relate to their children and create positive change over time.

I also offer support to parents

and children dealing with issues around

Student Success Team meetings (SST) and

Individual Education Plans (IEP).

I'm here to help and committed in offering professional, caring, compassionate, and skilled support in order to help you reach your goals.

Call me anytime,

I'm happy to speak over the phone or through email to see if coming in might be helpful.
